And a lot of agents think that technology will work their leads for them.  The fact is that it simply won't.
Stock emails...
Autoresponders...
Drip email systems don't replace the work you have to do.

The thing you need to remember is that people buy and sell houses with people they trust.

And you need to earn that trust from them.
